Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Please visit our lumber yards page as normal business hours are listed under the address of each lumber yard and/or Overisel Kitchens.

Q: Does free delivery always apply?
A: For our builders, free delivery always applies if the location is within our recognized area. For all cash sales, free delivery will apply as long as the invoice total exceeds $250. Again, this must be going to a location within our delivery region.

Q: Do you have in-house estimating?
A: Yes. All of our estimating is done here and there is no charge for any estimating. All estimating on decks, pole buildings, sheds, and garages is generally completed in one business day.

Q: Do you have store in-house drawings?
A: We have an in-house drawing in our South Haven yard. If you are interested, contact Jason at South Haven lumber yard. We also have a close working and personal relationship with Tom Lefler at Tom Lefler Design and Architecture. Tom works independently at the Holland location and can be reached at (616) 396-2310.

Q: Do you run any special discounts for builders?
A: Everyone with a builder’s license receives a builder’s discount.

Q: How is All Precision Sharpening (APS) connected to Overisel Lumber?
A: All Precision Sharpening is a separate company that simply shares a building with our Holland location. If you have questions for APS, please contact Kyle Bruursema at (616) 396-3649.
